Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Duration Policy
All bookings are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
Pickup and drop charges are extra and vary based on location.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
A ₹5000 refundable security deposit is mandatory before handover.
Maximum limit of 300 km per 24 hours. Additional charges apply thereafter.
All vehicles undergo a video inspection before handover for damage security.
2. Fuel & Extra Kilometers
Extra running beyond 300 km:
₹8/km for 5-seater cars
₹10/km for 7-seater cars
₹15/km for Mahindra Thar
Extra fuel provided by the customer is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel your booking, your advance payment is non-refundable.
However, 100% of the amount will be adjusted against your next booking with us.
For rescheduling, please inform us at least 6 hours in advance.
4. Vehicle Handover Conditions
Self-Drive Bookings:
Valid Driving License & ID proof required.
Vehicle must be returned in original condition.
Any damages or traffic violations are the customer’s responsibility.
With Driver Bookings:
All our drivers are verified and professional.
Misconduct or misuse of vehicle may result in cancellation.
5. Liability & Responsibility
SRH Tour And Travel is not responsible for:
Personal belongings left in the car.
Delays due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.
Accidents, damage, or fines during self-drive rentals.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Please check our website for the most recent version.
